Does any sensible round suit return beat it?
ReplyDeleteYep, a big club or a heart both beat it. Though tabling the heart king is probably a lot more satisfying when it works. :)
DeleteShould declarer have made it? I'm guessing not. (Although he could have)
Declarer obviously should have won the first spade with the queen. And there's a case for playing low heart towards the jack on trick 3. 'You' might misread the situation and attack clubs!
